The fulfillment calculator helps online store owners estimate the monthly cost of order fulfillment at our warehouse in advance — no calls to a manager, no sign-up required. You enter the number of shipments per day, the warehouse working schedule, the average product size, the required storage volume, and the return rate, and the calculator instantly shows a monthly cost forecast broken down by shipment, storage, and returns processing.
Several key factors affect the final fulfillment cost. First, warehouse volume (from 1 m³ on a shelf to 30 m³ for large volumes) — the more stock you store, the higher the monthly storage fee. Second, the number of shipments per day and the warehouse schedule (5, 6, or 7 days a week) — these determine the total number of orders processed per month. Third, product size (Small, Medium, Large) affects the per-shipment rate, since larger orders take more time to pack. Finally, the return rate — the higher the share of returned orders, the higher the additional processing cost.
The resulting estimate is an approximate forecast to help you plan your logistics budget before signing up. Exact terms and individual discounts for large volumes are agreed with a NewSend manager during a consultation.

Processing a returned order costs 10 UAH. Total returns cost = monthly shipments × return rate × 10 UAH.
Fulfillment FAQ
The calculator estimates the monthly cost of fulfillment services for your online store: packing and shipping orders, warehouse storage, and returns processing. The estimate is based on shipments per day, warehouse schedule, product size, storage volume, and return rate.
Storage cost = selected warehouse volume (in m³) × 250 UAH per month. For example, if your goods take up 5 m³ (about 4 pallets), storage will cost 1,250 UAH per month regardless of the number of shipments.
The shipment rate depends on product size: Small (up to 1 kg) — 10 UAH, Medium (up to 5 kg) — 20 UAH, Large (over 5 kg) — 40 UAH per order. This includes receiving, packing, and preparing the shipment for the carrier.
Each returned order is processed at a rate of 10 UAH. The total returns cost depends on the return rate you set (0–25%) multiplied by the total number of shipments per month.
Yes. The schedule (Mon–Fri, Mon–Sat, or daily) determines the number of working days per month, and therefore the total number of shipments at the same daily volume — this directly affects the final forecast.
